Erler Zimmer simulator for endonasal and endoscopic approaches in detail
The human skull with all craniometric points, fissures and canals is available in the original size of a real human CT scan. It has similar drilling characteristics to real bones and includes the skin, nasal mucosa, turbinates, nasal septum and detailed intrasphenoidal anatomy. Inside the skull is the dura (meninges) and contains all the cranial nerves, intracranial arteries, brain, cerebellum and brain stem. In addition, pathologies such as a pituitary adenoma and a meningioma of the planum sphenoidale are shown. These were taken from real cases and also include the DICOM images for preoperative planning.
