The sterile dressing materials from Söhngen® comply with the old DIN 14 143 standard and are still available as there is a constant national and international demand for them.
The dressing materials are labelled with a CE mark, the date of manufacture and an expiry date of 20 years. This means that the sterile dressing materials can generally be used within the period of use. Elaborate monitoring and replacement measures are no longer necessary.
