Organic rapeseed oil in detail
HiPP 100% organic rapeseed oil is perfect for preparing complementary foods. It has an optimal ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 and contains alpha-linolenic acid, an important omega-3 fatty acid for the development of brain and nerve cells. Rapeseed oil is naturally gluten-free and contains vitamin E, which protects the body from oxidative stress. The formulation of the oil is purely plant-based and therefore also suitable for a vegan diet. The Research Institute of Paediatric Nutrition recommends pure rapeseed oils.
