Magnesium Verla® Plus in detail
For a balanced electrolyte balance
The "sporty combined" food supplement contains 150 mg magnesium per sachet as well as the "fitness mineral" potassium (300 mg per sachet) and 80 mg vitamin C per sachet. Potassium and magnesium have similar functions in the metabolism. Among other things, both minerals are important for a balanced electrolyte balance and the function of the muscles. During physical activity, both minerals are lost with sweat. The granules are low in calories (19 kcal per sachet) and have a citrus-grapefruit flavour.
