Pure Encapsulations® Skin-Hair-Nails is a specially formulated food supplement that combines vitamins and trace elements to support skin, hair and nails. This formula contains important micronutrients such as biotin, zinc, vitamin C and E that contribute to healthy skin, strong hair and strong nails. Biotin promotes healthy skin and hair, while zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. Vitamin C supports collagen formation and protects cells from oxidative stress, and vitamin E, selenium and zinc help to protect the skin from oxidative stress. Copper supports normal skin and hair pigmentation and connective tissue. This product also contains ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10) and natural green tea extract.

Recommended dosage:
