Pure Encapsulations® Vitamin D3 liquid is a dietary supplement for the treatment of osteoporosis caused by insufficient exposure to sunlight. It contains 1000 I.U. colecalciferol and medium-chain triglycerides as ingredients. Vitamin D contributes to the mineralisation of bones and teeth, supports the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, regulates the calcium level in the blood, promotes muscle function, strengthens the immune system and plays a role in cell division.
The product is free from unnecessary additives such as lactose, gluten, artificial colours, trans fats and hydrogenated fats as well as release agents and coatings. It is also listed on the Cologne List®, a platform for tested and safe food supplements. The recommended dosage is 1 drop every 2 days with a meal. One pack contains 810 drops. The product is manufactured by pro medico HandelsGmbH in Germany.
