Our Optimum Vitamin B/B12 is obtained from pure quinoa sprout extract, which is a gentle method. This contains all the important B vitamins of the B complex, as well as pure natural biologically active vitamin B12. This vitamin B12 can be optimally absorbed by the body and consists of the three biologically active compounds cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
