3M Steri-Strip wound closure strips in detail
With these wound closure strips, you can choose between many different sizes and scope of delivery. The reinforced strips enable atraumatic closure of skin tears with painless application. They are permeable to secretions and latex-free. No additional local anaesthetic is required and the risk of infection through stitch channels can be avoided. The tension is distributed over a wide area, which means that no tissue trauma can occur as a result of the suture tension. The wound closure strips made of microporous synthetic silk material ensure maximum patient comfort.
