B. Braun bone wax in detail
Bone wax from B. Braun is sterile and non-absorbable. It consists of 70 % beeswax and 30 % Vaseline. The bone wax is used for mechanical haemostasis by closing intra-osseous vascular channels. Only a small amount of bone wax is required to achieve haemostasis. It is soft and easily mouldable in the hand.All other haemostatic products from B.
