Dräger TransWarmer® disposable cosy mattress in detail
The TransWarmer® cosy mattress has been specially developed for babies. It is a disposable product and protects newborn babies from dangerous cold stress. The cosy mattress is self-heating and reaches an operating temperature of 38°C in around 90 seconds. The warmth lasts for approx. 2 hours. It is particularly easy to use. To start heating, simply bend the integrated plate and the mattress heats up without an external power supply. This offers maximum flexibility in a wide variety of situations. The gel it contains is harmless to health, even in the event of direct contact. The cosy mattress is also MRI-compatible. It is also highly permeable to X-rays.
