Erler Zimmer dog leg for infusion in detail
This training model represents the left front leg of a medium-sized dog in a lying position (on the sternum) and is equipped with two interchangeable cuffs. One cuff has normal fur for routine blood sampling, while the other cuff has a "shaved" area for inserting an infusion catheter.
The interchangeable venous system enables actual blood sampling. The model is also very suitable for training purposes for bandaging and fixation/assistance. The stable, self-supporting design allows students to practice alone or in a team. It is perfect for veterinary training centres and training courses for veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants.
A portable storage box with built-in infusion holder, blood powder, syringe, infusion catheter and two bags for hydration are included.
