- M. coccygeus (left and right)
- Pelvic diaphragm: consisting of the levator ani muscle, which is subdivided into the puborectalis, pubococcygeus and iliococcygeus muscles
- Urogenital diaphragm: consisting of the transversus perinei profundus, transversus perinei superficialis and ischiocavernosus muscles
- Sphincter muscles of the urogenital and intestinal tract: consisting of m. sphincter ani externus, m. sphincter urethrae and m. bulbospongiosus
