Roche cobas b 101 system for metabolic diagnostics

The cobas b 101 system from Roche makes it possible to measure CRP, HbA1c and the lipid profile on a single system. The test system is suitable for professional use in surgeries and clinics. The cobas b 101 device can be used directly without warming up; no capillaries, tubes or pipettes are required to apply the samples. It is therefore space-saving, easy to clean and delivers results that are comparable to those of a large laboratory. The simple handling ensures safe use and short analysis times. The lipid profile and HbA1c are determined in less than 6 minutes, CRP in less than 4 minutes and the cobas b 101 system fulfils all relevant standards (IFCC, DCCT/NGSP and NCEP).
