How does the active ingredient of the medicine work?
The active ingredient helps with allergies and soothes itching. It suppresses the effect of the body's own substance histamine by displacing it from its binding sites. As a tissue hormone and a type of messenger substance, histamine plays an important role in the development of inflammation and allergic reactions. Blocking its binding sites interrupts the allergic reaction process.
