This set contains everything you need to perform Kyphi incense. It contains 30 g of Kyphi beads, a clay bowl with sand, a roll of charcoal and a Kyphi primer for introducing and handling this special incense.
Kyphi beads - the incense of the pharaohs
In ancient Egypt, Kyphi beads were incensed at the gates of the temples and in the pharaoh's rooms at dusk. These pellets were made with great care by the priests and priestesses in the sacred temple. Kyphi enchants our senses and transports us to another world where we can forget everyday life. Veils open and we become receptive to intuitive vision. Kyphi is particularly suitable as an evening incense or for meditation.
Our Kyphi is finely ground in our house from 19 ingredients and processed into a dough in several steps in a singing bowl. The Kyphi dough is then left to rest for a certain amount of time while it is repeatedly tuned to the frequencies of the singing bowl. The Kyphi balls are then carefully rolled by hand and laid out to dry. The entire process takes several weeks.
Ingredients: Organic sultanas, heavy red wine, honey, mastic, myrrh, benzoin, olibanum, juniper berries, calamus, coriander, styrax, rose petals, sandalwood powder, cinnamon bark, fenugreek, cardamom, vetiver grass, galangal, labdanum.
