The boso med l blood pressure monitor is suitable for self-measurement and is available with a scale size of 48 or 60 mm. The device is also available as a left-handed version or just the manometer alone with pressure ball. Boso med l impresses with the easy handling of the rotary valve and the high quality of the pull-band velcro cuffs. These are available in the standard size for upper arm circumferences from 22 to 32 cm or XL size for thick arms from 33 to 41 cm.
