The CRiSis manikin is the most comprehensive paediatric emergency care trainer on the market, allowing 4-lead ECG, intravenous therapy, umbilical vascular catheterisation, airway maintenance, intraosseous infusion and CPR - all on one model! The unique chest skin with umbilical cord makes it possible to practice techniques for catheterising the umbilical cord vessels, including cutting and clamping. Fluid can be aspirated via the umbilicus to make training even more realistic.
With an IV arm and an IV leg, you can realistically practise venipunctures on babies. The cephalic vein and basilic vein of the arm and the venous arch of the back of the hand are accessible, while the leg offers the saphenous vein and the venous arch of the back of the foot. The lifelike and realistic model of the head makes it possible to practise keeping the airway open in babies. The manikin is supplied with a sturdy transport and storage case.
