Prepare the tea and drink it straight away. Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over a filter bag and allow the tea infusion to infuse for approx. 10-15 minutes. Then remove the filter bag and squeeze it gently.
Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 1 week without medical advice. If symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.
