Organic sea spaghetti comes from the pristine waters of the Spanish Atlantic coast and is harvested sustainably. This Atlantic seaweed, also known as reed seaweed, has long, thin leaves that resemble spaghetti, which is why it bears this name. Its versatility makes it a popular ingredient in various dishes, from salads to pasta dishes. The seaweed is gently air-dried to preserve its nutrients and is rich in natural iodine. Due to their high iodine content, they should be consumed in moderation.

100% sea spaghetti seaweed (Himanthalia elongata) from certified organic farming.


Preparation

Before eating, wash the sea spaghetti thoroughly and soak in water for about 25-30 minutes. Then rinse and use as desired in dishes such as salads, soups or as a pizza topping. Soaking increases the volume of the seaweed sixfold.


Recommended intake

Sprinkle 2 g of seaweed over food or incorporate into dishes every day.

Store in a cool, dry place and keep away from children.
