Prepare the tea and drink it straight away. Pour boiling water over the tea (approx. 150 ml) and leave to infuse for approx. 10-15 minutes.
Duration of use?
Without medical advice, you should not use the medicine to flush the urinary tract for longer than 2-4 weeks and to treat mild joint pain for longer than 4 weeks. If the symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.
