Complete set
The Pleuracan® Complete Set offers a comprehensive solution for pleural puncture and drainage. Each set contains:
- Thin-walled puncture cannula: With a 3.35 x 78 mm short bevel, it enables precise and gentle punctures.
- Certon® Catheter: Made from robust polyurethane, this catheter has a diameter of 2.7 mm and a length of 450 mm. It is radiopaque for improved visibility during the procedure.
- Closure plug: Reliably secures the catheter after placement.
- Catheter protection tube: Protects the catheter from contamination and damage.
- Push-on cannula: Enables a simple and secure connection.
- Double check valve: Equipped with a connector for Pleuracan®, it ensures smooth and safe secretion drainage.
- Omnifix® Luer-Lock syringe: A 50 ml syringe, usable up to 60 ml, for accurate dosing and aspiration.
- Discofix®-3: A versatile valve that simplifies the control of fluid flow.
- Secretion bag (2.0 litre): Provides sufficient capacity to hold drainage fluids.
