Erler Zimmer Airway Larry airway trainer for R10052 in detail
The Airway Larry airway trainer for R10052 simulates a patient who is not anaesthetised to help you practice intubation, ventilation, suctioning and resuscitation techniques.
The model realistically represents the anatomy and landmarks, including teeth, tongue, nasopharynx, larynx, epiglottis, stellate body, pouch ligaments, vocal cords, trachea, lungs, oesophagus, cricoid cartilage and stomach.
With our trainer, you can practice oral, digital and nasal intubation. In addition, you can practise intubation techniques with endotracheal, EOA or PTL tubes as well as laryngeal mask ventilation and Combitube® insertion.
You also have the opportunity to practise and review correct suction techniques and tube blocking.
Our trainer offers sufficient space to work and is suitable for both beginner and advanced groups due to its slightly bent forward position.
You can change the position of the trachea and close the oesophagus by applying annular pressure to perform the realistic Sellick manoeuvre.
Our durable and robust model is manufactured in one piece. It can be attached to model R10052 so that you can learn both intubation and resuscitation on the same manikin.
