Folio® fertil women is a specially developed micronutrient combination to support female fertility and thus increase the chances of becoming pregnant. The unique formula combines bioactive folic acid, coenzyme Q10 and DHA to optimally prepare the body for pregnancy.
Product features and active ingredients:
35 mg ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10): Supports energy production in the cells.
0.45 mg calcium L-methyltetrahydrofolate: Bioactive form of folic acid, essential for cell division and DNA synthesis.
Potassium iodide, copper(II) sulphate-5-water, sodium selenite, iron(II) fumarate: Important minerals for metabolism and cell function.
9 µg cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12): Supports blood formation and the nervous system.
Fish oil, rich in omega-3 acids: Contains 200 mg DHA for brain and eye development.
15 mg (R,R,R)-α-tocopherol equivalent (vitamin E): Protects cells from oxidative stress.
105 mg ascorbic acid (vitamin C): Supports the immune system and iron absorption.
0.02 mg colecalciferol (vitamin D3): Important for bone health and the immune system.
Calcium pantothenate, zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6): Supports energy metabolism and hormone regulation.

Recommended dosage:
