The history of acupressure mats goes back to the fakir board, which was used by yogis in India for self-healing and body control. An additional energising and stabilising effect is created by the floral print on the back. The cover is made of high-quality cotton, is removable and washable.
The acupressure points are made of ABS Virgin (acrylonitrile, also known as acrylic resin). They are attached to the mat by heating alone, without any additional adhesive.
Relax and lie down on the mat. Initially, we recommend that you possibly put on a light shirt.
