Chromium Picolinate Capsules - the trace element that is often underestimated
Chromium is an important component in the conversion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the body. Research has shown that chromium picolinate is better absorbed than other forms of chromium. It plays a crucial role in maintaining a balanced blood sugar level and the utilisation of macronutrients such as carbohydrates. There may be an increased need for chromium, especially with a carbohydrate-rich diet, as absorption is often reduced with age.

Ingredients: The capsules contain 200 mcg of chromium picolinate, 150 mg of rice and a capsule shell made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Nutritional information per capsule: The capsules contain 200 mcg chromium, which corresponds to 500% of the recommended nutrient reference values (NRV) according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 Annex XIII. NRV stands for Nutrient Reference Values.
