For muscle and joint pain and lumbago: Apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area(s) of skin. Use the enclosed applicator. Avoid accidental contact with mucous membranes, eyes and open skin areas.
Wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
Application for blood collection: Apply the medicine to the affected skin area(s). Wear disposable gloves. Then massage in the medicine. Before taking blood samples, wipe off any remaining ointment and disinfect the skin areas. Avoid accidental contact with the face, eyes and mouth.
Duration of use?
For muscle and joint complaints and lumbago: The duration of use is not limited in time. If symptoms persist or recur, consult a doctor.
Use when taking blood samples: The medicine is used once.
Overdosage?
An overdose may cause reddening of the skin on the upper half of the body, hot flushes or a drop in blood pressure. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.
As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing, especially with infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.
A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.
The medicine may be used for a maximum of 6 months after opening/preparation!
The medicine must be stored at room temperature after opening/preparation.

- Children and adolescents under the age of 18: The medicinal product must not be used.
What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: According to current knowledge, the medicinal product should not be used.
- Lactation: According to current knowledge, use is not recommended. Breastfeeding may need to be considered.

How do the ingredients of the medicine work?
Nicoboxil: The active ingredient is a vasodilator. This increases blood flow to the skin and warms it intensively. According to the manufacturer, blood flow to the muscles also increases. The drug therefore has a tension-relieving and pain-relieving effect.
Nonivamide: The active ingredient intervenes in the mechanism of pain transmission. When applied externally, the substance penetrates the skin tissue and docks onto special binding sites on the nerve cells. According to the manufacturers, this leads to the release of certain messenger substances that reduce the perception of pain and also dampen the sensation of pain.
