The duration of use depends on the nature of the symptoms and/or the course of the illness. It should therefore be determined in consultation with your doctor. In principle, the duration of use is not limited in time, so the medicine can be used for longer periods.Overdose?
A variety of overdose symptoms can occur, including dizziness, ringing in the ears, visual disturbances, confusion and breathing disorders. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.If you forget to take the medicine?

Storage

- Bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract
- Impaired liver function
- Impaired kidney function
- Impending surgery
- Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (specific inherited metabolic disorder)
- Tendency to gout attacks
What age group should be considered?

What adverse effects can occur?
- Gastrointestinal complaints, such as:- Heartburn
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhoea
- Abdominal pain
- Micro-bleeding (barely visible or noticeable bleeding from tiny vessels), especially in the gastrointestinal tract
- Ulcers in the digestive tract, which can very rarely also break through
- Bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract (gastrointestinal bleeding)
- Gastric bleeding, usually recognisable by black stools, please consult a doctor immediately if this occurs; in rare cases, the bleeding can lead to anaemia
- Anaemia (anaemia)
- Hypersensitivity reactions of the skin

What should you be aware of?
- In children and adolescents with febrile illnesses, the medicine should only be given on medical advice. Reye's syndrome, a rare but life-threatening condition in which prolonged vomiting occurs, may occur.- Caution: Patients with nasal polyps, chronic respiratory infections, asthma or a tendency to allergic reactions such as hay fever: The medicine may trigger an asthma attack or a severe allergic skin reaction. Therefore, consult your doctor before use.
- Before an operation - including minor procedures such as tooth extraction - stop taking/using the medicine, as the bleeding time may be prolonged.
- Take care if you are allergic to the sweetener saccharin (E number E 954)!
- There may be medicines with which interactions occur. You should therefore generally inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medicine you are already taking before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
- Alcohol consumption should be avoided as far as possible during long-term treatment. Occasional consumption of alcohol in small quantities is permitted, but not together with the medicine.
How does the active ingredient of the medicine work?
The active ingredient has an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect at the same time. It blocks the formation of certain messenger substances in the body, known as prostaglandins. These are significantly involved in the development of pain, fever and inflammation.Acetylsalicylic acid also influences blood clotting. The substance prevents the blood platelets (thrombocytes) from clumping together and thus improves the fluidity of the blood.
Application
- Blood thinning (inhibition of thrombocyte aggregation, i.e. the clotting of the blood platelets). platelet aggregation) if the following is present:- Prevention and long-term treatment of angina pectoris (main complaint in coronary heart disease)
- Acute myocardial infarction
- Prevention of myocardial infarction
- Condition following arterial vascular surgery
- Circulatory disorders in the brain (prevention of cerebral infarction)
The medicinal product is not suitable for the treatment of pain conditions.

To prevent a myocardial infarction:
- 3 tablets

After arterial vascular surgery:

In case of circulatory disorders in the brain (prevention of cerebral infarction):
