How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

The active ingredients bind and neutralise stomach acid. The magnesium and aluminium contained form salts that are difficult to dissolve with stomach acid and are excreted during bowel movements. In this way, the substances combat heartburn, belching and other acid-related stomach complaints. In addition, the risk of ulcers occurring in the gastrointestinal tract as a result of hyperacidity is reduced.
