CoaguChek Pro II system in detail
The CoaguChek Pro II system enables the current coagulation status to be determined in all departments. In addition to monitoring anticoagulation therapy, e.g. with warfarin, both PT and aPTT can be determined. With advanced connectivity, automatic real-time transfer of results to the electronic medical record is possible, reducing human error, increasing safety and optimising workflow.the CoaguChek Pro II meter provides results of activated partial thromoplastin time (aPTT) in under 5 minutes and prothrombin time (PT) (with advanced claims) within approximately 1 minute. The electrochemical measurement of PT and aPTT is carried out by means of a detection system after activation of blood coagulation.
The large TFT colour touch screen and the on-screen symbols guarantee intuitive operation of the device. It has a memory capacity of 2,000 measurement results with date and time. With the integrated 2D barcode scanner, patient, user and control information can also be called up and transferred via WLAN with QR code and smartphone without the need for middleware.
