The shoulder horn shoulder trainer is the perfect solution for athletes who want to strengthen their shoulders and prevent injuries. This training device has been specially developed to isolate and strengthen the weak parts of the rotator cuff, in particular the infraspinatus and teres minor muscles. With the shoulder horn you can perform isolated training, either via external rotation with dumbbells or on traction devices. It is also ideal for isolated training of the subscapularis internal rotator when used on a pulley.
The shoulder horn consists of a special plastic inner core and a foamed NBR rubber outer cover with a thickness of approx. 11-13 mm. The end caps are made of soft PVC. It is available in two sizes: size M weighs approx. 2.0 kg and size L weighs approx. 2.3 kg. The scope of delivery includes the shoulder horn itself and instructions for athletes for training with dumbbells.
