You should not use the medicine for longer than 2 weeks without medical advice. If your symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Forgotten to take it?
Continue taking the medicine as normal (i.e. not double the amount) at the next prescribed time.

How do the ingredients of the medicine work?
The ingredients come from the valerian plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:
- Appearance: perennial herbaceous plant with pinnate leaves and a strong-smelling root, small white-pink flowers in a flat umbel
- Occurrence: Europe and Asia
- Main ingredients: Iridoids (valepotriates), essential oil (bornyl acetate)
- Plant parts and preparations used: mainly extracts and tinctures of the dried root
The ingredients of valerian have an anxiolytic, calming and sleep-inducing effect. It also relaxes the muscles.
