B12 Ankermann® Vital in detail
B12 Ankermann® Vital is a food supplement for daily intake that contains 100 micrograms of vitamin B12. It is free from animal ingredients, lactose, gluten and colourings and is manufactured in Germany. This product helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
More and more people are choosing a sustainable lifestyle or deciding to avoid animal products for ethical or health reasons. However, a purely plant-based diet can lead to an undersupply of vitamin B12, as this nutrient is only found in animal foods. However, vitamin B12 is important for normal energy metabolism and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. The daily intake of one tablet of B12 Ankermann® Vital with 100 µg methylcobalamin supports a balanced supply of vitamin B12 and promotes physical and mental performance.
Ingredients:
The tablets contain fillers such as microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate as well as stabilisers such as hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and cellulose powder. Methylcobalamin is the main active ingredient. Magnesium salts of fatty acids are used as anti-caking agents and fatty acids as coating agents.
Nutritional values:
One tablet contains 100 µg vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), which corresponds to 4000 % of the recommended daily intake.
Recommended intake:
It is recommended to take one tablet (100 µg) daily unchewed with water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
