The product consists of high-quality bitter capsules made from natural ingredients. Bitters are valuable substances that have positive effects on our organs. They promote blood circulation and the digestive process, reduce the feeling of hunger and stimulate the production of bile and gastric juices as well as enzymes in the pancreas. Even the nun Hildegard von Bingen used bitter substances in the form of tinctures to alleviate various symptoms. She took them after meals to aid digestion, improve general well-being and strengthen the immune system. Bitters were also used for flatulence, bloating and gastrointestinal cramps.
Our bitters capsules contain a perfect combination of 30 different botanicals, unlike conventional products which often contain less than 10 different ingredients. Our capsules are 100% plant-based and therefore vegan. They contain no alcohol and are easy to swallow. They are also perfect for travelling. Our bitter capsules are manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards and contain no excipients or additives.
It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water with a meal. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Please note that food supplements cannot replace a healthy and balanced diet.

The capsules contain a variety of ingredients, including artichoke, gentian root, ginger, centaury and wormwood. These bitter substances occur naturally in many plants and serve as a protective mechanism.
