Reduce your sleep time with this dietary supplement containing 0.5 mg melatonin. The capsules can be taken 30 minutes before bedtime and also contain microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Please note that food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep the product out of the reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light. Each pack contains 60 capsules.
