Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 2 weeks without medical advice. If symptoms persist for longer, you should consult your doctor.Overdose?
No overdose symptoms are known. If in doubt, consult your doctor.As a general rule, pay particular attention to conscientious dosing, especially with infants, small children and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautions.
A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information on the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.

- Impaired kidney function (only if aluminium and magnesium levels are checked regularly)
Which age group should be considered?
- Children under 12 years of age: The medicine should generally not be used in this age group.
What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: Consult your doctor. Various considerations play a role in whether and how the medicine can be used during pregnancy.
- Breastfeeding: According to current knowledge, there is no evidence that the medicine should not be used during breastfeeding.
If you have been prescribed the medicine despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit may be greater than the risk associated with use in the case of a contraindication.
What adverse effects may occur?

- Be careful if you are allergic to chlorhexidine!
- Be careful if you are allergic to the sweetener cyclamate (E number E 952)!
- There may be medicines with which interactions occur. You should therefore generally inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medicine you are already taking before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
- Lemonade, orange juice, lemon juice, fruit juice, wine and citric acid (e.g. as an excipient in effervescent tablets) must not be taken together with the medicine.
How does the ingredient of the medicine work?
The active ingredients bind and neutralise stomach acid. The magnesium and aluminium they contain form salts that are difficult to dissolve with stomach acid and are excreted in the stools. In this way, the substances combat heartburn, belching and other acid-related stomach complaints. They also reduce the risk of ulcers occurring in the gastrointestinal tract as a result of hyperacidity.Use

- 1 sachet- Several times a day
- Adolescents aged 12 and over and adults
- When symptoms occur
Maximum dose: A dose of 4 sachets per day should not be exceeded.
The dose should be taken 2 hours apart from other medicines
