General information
With the unique composition of SERO-Night, which contains L-methionine, L-tryptophan, ashwagandha, inositol, lavender extract, lemon balm extract and various vitamins.
L-methionine increases the availability of serotonin and noradrenaline, while L-tryptophan is the precursor of serotonin and later of melatonin, the sleep hormone. No other amino acids have such a direct and noticeable influence. They enable restful sleep and the serotonin produced has a positive effect on our mood.
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, a messenger substance that plays an important role in our nervous system. Among other things, it influences our mood, anxiety, our sleep-wake rhythm and deep sleep, and therefore also our resilience.
Adaptogens are active plant substances that help the body to adapt to increased physical and emotional stress situations.

Recommended intake
