B. Braun Monosyn® suture material in detail
Monosyn® is a medium-strength, absorbable, synthetic, monofilament suture material. It consists of a triblock copolymer of glycolide, ε-caprolactone and trimethylene carbonate. The suture material is particularly suitable for the following indications:
- Visceral surgery
- Gynaecology
- Urology
- Plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery
- Subcutaneous and intracutaneous skin closure
