Natural remedy for mental restlessness, phytopharmaceuticals and sleep disorders
Valerian-ratiopharm® coated tablets contain a dry extract of valerian root, a proven medicinal plant with high tolerability. The herbal medicine is suitable for the treatment of mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.
Active ingredient:
450 mg valerian root dry extract (3-6:1); extractant: ethanol 70% (V/V)
Excipients:
Stearic acid Croscarmellose sodium Carnauba wax Silicon dioxide, highly dispersed cellulose powder Glucose solution 103 mg Sucrose 268 mg Tragacanth Shellac Titanium dioxide Wax, bleached Arabic gum Indigo carmine Calcium carbonate Talc
Valerian-ratiopharm® offers an effective solution for relaxation during the day and for shortening the time it takes to fall asleep in the evening after taking just one coated tablet.

Directions for use:
Unless otherwise prescribed, the usual dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over is For sedation, take one coated tablet up to three times a day.
Note:
Valerian-ratiopharm® coated tablets contain sucrose, glucose and less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per tablet and are therefore virtually sodium-free. Over-the-counter.
