How it works
The CLEARTEST® CrP 10/30 uses a chromatographic immunoassay that is evaluated visually by the colour development on the test strip. Anti-CrP antibodies are immobilised on the membrane and react with CrP in the sample. The result is evaluated based on the intensity of the test line compared to the reference line, whereby the CrP concentration in the sample is determined semi-quantitatively.
Application and storage
The CLEARTEST® CrP 10/30 should be stored at room temperature (2-30 °C) and is stable until the expiry date printed on the label. The test is intended for professional in vitro diagnostic use only and should be performed in a controlled clinical environment.
