The Cleartest® Procalcitonin (PCT) is used to detect procalcitonin in blood, serum or plasma. This allows a bacterial or viral infection to be recognised and the correct treatment to be selected. The test can be analysed after just 15 minutes. Store the test at 2-30 °C.
