The product is made of an extra-strong 1.5 mm aluminium material in a shiny, light grey colour. The edges of the case are aluminium-welded to ensure a robust construction. The case lid is hinged throughout and offers additional reinforcement through butt joints. The lever locks are very sturdy and can be sealed. There is also a carrying handle to make transport easier.

The case is fitted with a rubber seal to prevent the ingress of water or dust. The lid section contains an aluminium bonding plate equipped with a VARIOFLEX ampoule bar and rubber band holders. This allows instruments and accessories to be stored safely. The ampoule bar has a cover plate, a hinge and a magnetic catch. The VARIOFLEX ampoule rail system offers space for 24 elastic ampoule holders in six different colours, which can be labelled.

The base of the case has compartment dividers, which are made possible by a RASTFLEX divider system. This allows the contents to be organised and clearly stowed away. The case is labelled with screen printing and colour pictograms to make it easy to identify the contents.
