The model offers students and trainers the opportunity to practise neutering dogs. Our model contains an interchangeable skin and interchangeable testicles. The testicles are equipped with two simulated vessels to realistically simulate the vas deferens and vascular supply. They are also covered with a pouch layer to imitate the tunica albuginea.
The reusable base has a raised edge that represents the penis for tactile exercises. There is also a tube attached that represents the urethra. By covering the testicles with lubricant, you can simulate a pre-scrotal entrance. The testicles can then be amputated using either a closed or open technique. After the procedure, the incision can be closed again.
