The ZOE simulator is an adult lower body specifically designed to teach you practical gynaecological skills. The realistic anatomy helps instructors teach clinical skills that can then be easily transferred to scenario-based training. With optional add-on modules, additional pathologies can be shown so that the curriculum can be easily expanded. Thanks to its lifelike realism, the new ZOE simulator is the perfect hands-on training model for any gynaecology skills curriculum and provides valuable experience for various gynaecological procedures such as speculum examinations, tubal occlusions, catheterisations, urine collections and much more.
The ZOE Simulator includes the following features:
- Insertion of an IUD: The transparent uterus provides visual feedback during insertion and removal of IUDs.
- Bimanual examination: The realistic anatomy of the uterus and vaginal canal enables realistic practice of the examination.
- Bladder catheterisation: The realistic urethra and bladder enable catheterisation and drainage exercises.
- Exchangeable cervices: Normal and abnormal pregnant and non-pregnant cervices are included for visualisation.
- Speculum examination: lifelike skin resistance and elasticity create a valuable tactile experience.
- Suppository administration: The patented rectum enables suppository administration.
