This set is ideal for performing Leopold manoeuvres and practising palpation of the abdomen to determine the position of the child, position and fundus. It contains a foetus with movable arms and legs, a firm buttock and a head with palpable anterior and posterior fontanel. The body of the foetus is flexible to demonstrate all positions and child positions. The foetus and the included plastic pelvis are located in the abdominal area of the model. The abdominal cover makes it easy to change the position of the foetus and make it visible. Gel pads are included for a more realistic tactile feel, as well as a movable gel pad to simulate amniotic fluid.

The abdominal cover, a padded layer of fabric attached to the base with Velcro, makes it easy to change the position of the foetus and make it visible. Gel pads for a more realistic tactile sensation, movable gel pads to simulate amniotic fluid and a practical guide to the correct use of the model are included. The set also includes additional movable gel pads to simulate amniotic fluid and a carrying bag.
