They are a safe and efficient way to effectively reduce raised and coloured hypertrophic scars or keloid scars.

How does Hansaplast Scar Reduction work?
The transparent polyurethane plaster forms a semi-occlusive barrier that improves the moisture content of the scar tissue. At the same time, it leads to an increase in temperature in the scar tissue. This helps to activate the body's own regeneration process and supports the remodelling of the scar.
Clinically proven
Clinical studies have shown that wearing the scar plaster for at least 12 hours a day over a period of 8 weeks delivers positive results. The first results are already visible after 3-4 weeks. Wearing the patch for more than 8 weeks can further increase the success of the treatment.
