The breakfast rings are available in three different flavours and are suitable both for first attempts at self-spooning and for nibbling between meals. They are rich in vitamin B1, which is important for the nervous system and is a legal requirement in children's cereals. The breakfast rings contain no flavourings and have no added sugar.
