Hyaluronic acid is an important glycosaminoglycan and an essential component of the connective tissue of all living organisms.

Our hyaluronic acid is obtained by fermentation from plant-based raw materials and has an optimal molecular size of 800-1500 kDa, as it is also found in human tissue (e.g. cartilage). Due to this optimal molecular size, the body can better absorb and utilise the hyaluronic acid.

The capsule shells are made from HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). HPMC is water-soluble in contrast to cellulose (plant-based capsule material).

Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. When HPMC is taken with a meal, blood sugar levels may rise less after a meal.

Recommended intake for high-dose hyaluronic acid capsules:

• Contents: 100% pure hyaluronic acid powder in capsule form
