Do not use after the expiry date.Dosage instructions and method of use: Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows several times a day: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 to 3 teaspoons full (approx. 1.5 g to 4.5 g) of lemon balm leaves and, if necessary, strain through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes. Duration of use: For acute complaints that last longer than a week or recur periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.Advantages
