Dulse algae, also known as red algae or lobster seaweed, is a mineral-rich algae that is native to the cold coastal waters of the Atlantic and Pacific. It is characterised by its spicy flavour, which is reminiscent of crustaceans and prawns. The dulse flakes come from organic wild growth on the Atlantic coast of Spain and offer a purely natural product with no artificial additives.
