Mumijo, also known as "shilajit" in the Ayurvedic tradition, is a valuable, black-brown substance of natural origin. This resin-like material is produced over years through the decomposition of certain plants and the action of microorganisms. Rich in fulvic and humic acids, mumijo is traditionally valued for its positive health properties.
